“We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful in answering our questions and recommending restaurants. The stroll to the old city via the harbor was delightful, while the location of the hotel outside the city center allowed us to park our rental car nearby (for free). The room as immaculate and the bathroom was especially nice. Thank you for the rainfall shower head and fantastic water pressure! We will be back soon.”

“My wife and I stayed at your hotel from 9-16 April (room 803). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the ineffective air conditioning system. During our stay it was impossible to get our room temperature below 25 degrees C, even with the window open, Of course, opening the window at night also exposed us to the noise from the street below. I have to say that we would only return to the hotel if we sure that the air conditioning was working properly, which is a pity because we found your staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfect in almost every other respect. Would you be prepared to offer us a special rate to return in future to compensate for the problems encountered this time? I feel that to have paid the full price for our stay was unfair in view of the problem with the air conditioning.”

“This hotel was absolutely gorgeous!!! Great value for the money. We originally booked a different hotel for two nights and after we saw it we were far from satisfied. We stayed at the other place one night and found this hotel online. We immediately packed our bags and left the other hotel and came here desperate to find a decent hotel. Lets just say we are soooooo glad we found this place. Will never ever stay at any other hotel in this area ever again. This hotel gets two thumbs up. Very quiet and very clean. The receptionist, Manuel, is awesome!!! Speaks great English and was extremely helpful. Thank you hotel isla Mallorca for turning our trip from HELL into a trip to remember!”
